Care
Initial Care We recommend treating your piece with a high-quality leather protector prior to its first debut. For optimal longevity and resistance, the leather should be professionally treated with a waterproofing agent to preserve its luminous finish.
Handling & Maintenance Avoid contact with liquids or substances that may alter the texture. Should the leather meet water, gently dab—never rub—with a dry, lint-free absorbent cloth. For persistent stains, we recommend seeking professional leather care.
For suede leather daily maintenance, use a soft crepe brush to gently revive the surface.
For grained leather daily maintenance, use professional oil tonic.
Preservation Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Store in its original dustbag to maintain its architectural form.
Returns and exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged.
- Retain their original commercial appearance with all tags intact.
- Included in their complete original packaging set.
The product shall not be considered defective if its appearance and/or characteristics have changed due to improper care, use contrary to its intended purpose, or normal and natural wear and tear.
Note: The 14-day window begins immediately upon delivery to the recipient and cannot be extended.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns/Exchanges: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Defective or Damaged Items: Return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller.
