Shipping policy

SHIPMENT

Our collections are produced following a made-to-order approach.
Each piece is crafted individually after your purchase, ensuring thoughtful production and minimal waste.

 

Please allow 1–4 weeks for your piece to be carefully produced prior to dispatch.
Specific lead times can be found within each product description.

 

We deliver worldwide via Lithuanian post. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 days nationally and 10-40 days worldwide after dispatch, depending on the buyers location. All packages are shipped with a tracking number, provided to you via e-mail.

 

Please ensure all contact, billing, and shipping information is correct at checkout, as orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.

 

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

RETURNS

Exchanges are handled individually. Should you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at selenevilnius@gmail.com before sending it back. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Refunds are issued excluding original shipping costs.

 

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
